United States & Canada: 30 days from delivery Australia: 30 days from delivery Europe (EU): 14-day statutory cooling-off period + extended 30-day window for defective/incorrect items United Arab Emirates: 30 days from delivery Saudi Arabia: 30 days from delivery
ELIGIBLE RETURNS
We accept returns for: • Defective or damaged products • Items that don't match the product description • Unworn, unused items in original condition with tags attached
EU customers have the right to cancel within 14 days of receipt without reason (EU Consumer Rights Directive).
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
• Items marked as final sale • Personalized or customized products • Intimate apparel or hygiene products • Items removed from original packaging (except for inspection in EU)
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
All Regions: • Customer pays return shipping for standard returns • We cover return shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrect items

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
- Email info@droponlineus.com within your return window
- Include your order number and reason for return
- We'll provide return authorization and instructions
- Ship item(s) to the return address provided
- Include your order number inside the package
REFUND PROCESSING
• Refunds processed within 7 business days of receiving your return • Refunds issued to your original payment method • Allow 5-10 business days for refund to appear in your account
SHIPPING COST REFUNDS
• All orders ship FREE — no shipping charges to refund on standard returns • Express Shipping ($15.00) — original shipping cost is non-refundable for standard returns • Exception: Defective, damaged, or incorrect items — we reimburse return shipping costs
EXCHANGES
We accept exchanges for defective items or size/color swaps (subject to availability). Contact info@droponlineus.com to arrange. Replacement items ship FREE.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

- Provide photos of the damage or defect
- We'll arrange a replacement or full refund
- We cover all return shipping costs
WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
- Contact info@droponlineus.com immediately
- Provide order number and photos of item received
- We'll send correct item FREE and reimburse return shipping
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS - CUSTOMS & DUTIES
Canada, Europe, UAE, Saudi Arabia & Australia: • Customer responsible for return shipping on standard returns • Customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable • Additional customs fees may apply when returning to US • Contact us before shipping for specific return instructions
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If your package shows delivered but not received: • Check with neighbors or building management • Verify delivery address on order confirmation • Contact carrier with your tracking number • Contact us within 7 days at info@droponlineus.com
We'll investigate with the carrier and issue a refund or replacement at our discretion.
CANCELLATIONS
Before Shipment: Contact info@droponlineus.com to cancel. Full refund issued if not yet processed.
After Shipment: Cannot cancel — follow return process upon receipt.
EU Customers: Right to cancel within 14 days of receipt under EU Consumer Rights Directive.
STORE CREDIT VOUCHERS
We may offer store credit as an alternative to cash refunds: • No expiry date • Valid sitewide on droponlineus.com • Issued for full order amount • Cannot be exchanged for cash
