At DropOnline, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and efficiently. We offer free Economy Shipping on orders of $25.00 or more to eligible destinations. Orders under $25.00 ship for a flat rate of $6.99.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 72 hours of order confirmation. Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, promotional periods, or holidays.

Please note that total delivery time equals processing time plus shipping time.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary because of carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Orders ship to the address provided at checkout. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before completing your purchase.

We cannot redirect packages once they have shipped and are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS

For international orders to Canada, Europe, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, and Australia, customs duties, import taxes, and other fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are separate from shipping costs.

Customs charges are non-refundable, including when an order is returned.

ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active.

You can track your package using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

SHIPPING DELAYS & LIABILITY

DropOnline is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, extreme weather, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to help resolve the issue.

Please retain all packaging materials if your order arrives damaged.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a package is returned as undeliverable because of an incorrect address, refused delivery, or unclaimed customs, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the order.
